Do not open an account if Self Employed
I would honestly like to express my utter disappointment in the TFG group, i have app**** for an account online, from day 1 nobody from the TFG group made the effort to contact me, i had to keep running after you for updates on the status etc, then after 3 horrible weeks i get informed that none of the documentation i can provide will be good enough as i am self employed yet neither Truworths, Nedbank or any of the other places i have previously app**** for had a problem. Was the most horrible experience I have had to date.

28 Aug 2019, 13:50Horrible service even after complaints. On the 22nd of August i was informed that the feedback was passed on for investigation and that someone will contact me. Today is the 28th and still no feedback.
