DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A TFG GIFT CARD

My wife received a TFG E-Gift card and wanted to share her blessing with another lady - She attempted to use her E-Gift card to purchase another E-gift card online for 40% of her card value - This whole transaction was reversed and she received notification thereof a day later. We then went to Donna Claire in Mall of the south and attempted to purchase a gift card in person and were told that this was NOT possible. We called the customer care and after a back and forth for over 35 minutes she was told that she had to use the E-Card to purchase goods and could NOT purchase a gift card. This is absolutely ridiculous as you can use a gift card from Edgars and Woolworths to purchase other gift cards. A Gift card should be treated as legal tender at the group from which it was purchased. NEVER BUY A GIFT CARD OR TRADE AT TFG - No customer service
