DMC and foschini statement calculations don't add up

Good Day

I received my statement after long time I've requested if ,I'm not happy comparing it with the opening and statement i received from dmc and ive settled my account they say they gave me a discount but according to the closing statement i received from Foschini today the closing balance was 4933.83 the opening balance from dmc is 666.17 until the account reached 7000 and something and they say hey gave me a discount in all this if they did my settlement amount was suppose to be 3000 an something not back to 5400,can someone look at both of the balance and give me clarity I'm not happy at all as the this calculations don't make sense ,and I've asked those statement on time and since i last received statement from foscinini 2017 and I've been charged for statement emailed and i received nothing
