DISRESPECTFUL MANGER ARCHIVE SHORTMARKET STREET

Your customers service Archive Short market street is pathetic!!! The manager of the store thinks it okay to shout at customers when they are trying to address an issue going on a shoe release day. He was allowing people outside that we’re bursting in and reprimanded people who stood on the line fairly and waited. One of the guys hit me in my breast and was fully aware of what he did but didn’t care because he wanted to burst in, when I brought it up with the manager he shouted at me again!! Asking me how old I am and if my ears are ornaments??? I kept quiet and rather went to a police officer to get the guys details who hurt as your store manager was no help. I’m in disbelief that I had to involve the police and that your store manager just brushed off such a complaint. His attitude stinks and is unacceptable, he has no problem solving skills whatsoever. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with him as a manager. My DISABLED brother went and bought a shoe and he was started shouting at him for a size because he was taking long to get to the size (my brother takes long to process words). After these are experiences with this manger I highly suggest TFG sort him out and replace him, his people skills are disgusting and I will definitely not be recommending that specific store to anyone due to him.
