Disgusting service - Useless Staff @Donna Claire Promenade Mall

Good day,

I am utterly disgusted at the terrible service I am receiving at Donna Claire in Promenade Mall.

I took in my handset (Hauwei y5) on the 22/11/2017 to have it repaired as I am unable to view pictures sent to me as well as pictures I have taken with the Camara. It keeps on saying "No thumbnail " available to view the image"

I only heard today by Mishka that the phone was sent off to the 3G repair Centre on the 28/11/2017 a whole week later! I asked her what is happening and she could not answer me confidently . I asked if she can phone the repair Centre and she advised that she can't as the repair Centre has to phone her. I then asked her to give me the number for the repair Centre and she gives it to me, upon phoning the repair centre a lady tells me that they are not allowed to speak to the customer as Donna Clair has to phone them. I mean seriously who is the stupid one here?

This is now the 3rd week that I am without a phone with no communication from Donna Clair / TFG whatsoever not even a reference number, nothing!
