DISGUSTING SERVICE TFG.

I have a Sportsecene account which I pay via eft every month .. On November 27th I paid a full amount to obviously get rid of my balance and it would then need to show a zero balance. TFG statement came through on 01/12/2019 showing that I didnt pay in NOV and I also don't have an installation due. from the second week of Dec I have been sending proof of payment via my bank , a screenshot of the eft and to date - I AM BEING TOLD TO GET A TARGET REPORT FROM … FROM GOD KNOWS WHERE..

I NEED THIS TO BE RESOLVED - HO MUCH MORE PROOF DOES 1 NEED WHEN FNB GAVE ME A STATEMENT SHOWING THE AMOUNT AND THE DATE IT WAS DONE.

I also attached previous payments done via eft and I had no issue.

PLEASE HELP ….THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE...
