Disgusting service from TFG general inquires call centre
The call centre service at general inquires of TFG is disgusting, sies man. First agent ghosted me on the call and pretended as if the line is bad, 2nd agent tried to help me and the line was just fine but you could hear the noise at the background that something is happening in the environment they are in and it is disrupting the agents from providing a good service to me as a customer. I am so disappointed

I really and truly from the bottom of my heart appreciate the extra mile they took to help me come out of my misery. I will forever remain loyal to @Homelivingspace the groove mall and TFG as a service provide. You guys rock!!!! Thanks a million times.
