Disgusting service

I want to sportscene Fourways mall and i was assisted by Maria and she was very helpful but the problem started when she called Sportscene Musina and Prisca who Ana the phone and was very rude telling Maria that she can't help as she us knocking off and she should call tomorrow and when she tried to explain to her that i as a client is there and waiting as i traveled from far Prisca hang up on her, Maria called her again to which she continued being rude.. I then asked Maria to speak to her and she was still rude saying she's closing and she can't help and when i asked to please just check if she had the shoe im requesting she still highly rude to and said she will check i on this side feeling like she's doing me a favor, as she gets back on line she tells me she has the shoe but the shop will have to call her today which is the 26/10/2019, again Maria does that requesting that the shoe be brought this side i think she called it ILP or something, and again Prisca says to Maria she doesn't have a tape she will call later, mind you this is all happening as im there and again i understand nd left and said i will come later, i go back to the Fourways shop mind all these up nd downs at my expense to which I don't mind, i get there we call Musina again and we are told she's gone home now there is three more wonderful guys who are trying they best to help, who are Thato, Lebo and Mj, they tried all they could but we got the same response from Musina branch, as a loyal member and a card hold of TGF i feel disgusted by how i was treated to say the least and would like an investigation into this and a feed back, and with being said I'd really like to thank Maria, Mj, Thato and Lebo all of them from the Fourways branch for not giving up and doing so with a smile on their faces you guys rock.
