Disgusting service

not happy with them ****ing me around. I purchased earphones on BASH, one was faulty. I decided to go to The Fix at Vangate mall the lady said they dont deal with electronics but she will ask her manager how to return. The manager was not on duty and she said she will give me a call the monday without even taking my number. Chat online with a girl named Aakifah or something, she said i cant log a return online but i can take it to any Foschini or Hi store. Went to Foschini in Tygervalley mall and they said they cant help me as the system wont allow them due to the product being a Hi item. Called in to the call centre just to be told that Foschini can help me and they gave me false information. This is very much frustrating. Kindly train your staff properly
