Disgusting service

Worst experience so far.

I recently opened an account and made a purchase online through the BASH app. The order was canceled without my knowledge and no notification was sent to me. They couldn't give me a reason why. I then placed another order as I still wanted the same products and then my card got blocked they couldnt give me a reason why again.

I had to write emails back and forth and call multiple times to have it unblocked.

A few days later I then see there are two unknown charges to my TFG account I did not make.

So now I have one failed order, one pending order, two unknown charges and my deposits made to place the orders has not been refunded.
