Disgusting service and Useless insurance provider
I would like to lay a formal complaint against the Foshini group and the disgusting service received from their cellphone insurance. I took my phone in for repairs on the 20th of November and have not heard anything from the insurance and whenever the store calls for feedback the insurance company has a different story. Coincidently thwre is also never a manager avaialble to assist and my phone has been in their possession for over a month!! We pay for a service and get nothing in return! Absolutely useless!!!!!
