Very bad bad absolutely disgusting service by one of the sales person at sportscene kerk streer in Johannesburg CBD !

I usually collect my online parcels there, with either ID or license today the guy called Thulani was so rude unnecessarily rude saying dont i know the difference between ID and licence as i have came with my license to collect my parcel, he made unnecessary noise and drama ! So disappointed with the service

The email i got as i quote “ Hi Confidence,

Your parcel AAAA*** from TFG is ready for collection at TFG Sportscene Kerk Street - Jhb.

Please ensure you have the following when you collect your parcel:

One Time Pin: **** Identification - ID-Card / -Book, Passport or Drivers License”

I went with my license n got so much drama with a rude sales guy wow so disappointed
