DISGUSTING SERVICE

I received notice that my account outstanding payment of R38 and some cents was due. I paid via EFT on the 7th May. Thereafter I was again emailed (at a charge of R20) to ask for payment. I sent off proof of payment to the email address given to me (after speaking to 4 different people) on the 13th May and again on the 17th because nothing was posted to my account. TODAY I find out that I am R80 odd outstanding but no R40 posted against my account. I speak to another person who says 'Can I put you through to electronic payments?' only to hang on the phone listening to a dreary voice repeating the same stupid message. Where is the SERVICE in this? BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
