Disgusting Service

The worst online store service ever. I tried to purchase an item off the G-Star Raw online store on your so called cyber Monday. I had issues with doing the payment and called in the next morning. I spoke to someone in your call centre that advised me, i would receive a call later that day. In the afternoon, i called again as i received no feedback, the agent i spoke to then advised me that it takes 24 to 48hrs for someone to call me back. At this time i was already completely irritated as this is different stories at the same institution. Well today is the 05/12/2018 exactly 8 days later with know response. Is this a case of not actually wanting your clients to get the discount on the so called cyber Monday? This is absolutely pathetic. I do purchases regularly at your GSTAR stores and this is the first time a call upon your assistance, and you guys have really dissapointed me. I hope all your clients know the **** advertising you are doing. As this is purely a case of not wanting your clients to get the discounted items. Purely PATHETIC and extremely dissapointing.
