Disgusting service

I am highly upset with online shopping at TFG , i have done an order on the 28th of November online at Totalsport paid for the order and all was well. Days after until today my order has not arrived , i have called wasted my airtime . I have been given false promises from the Ram couriers and TFG . I spoke to a manager by the name of Donita yesterday and i was assured that today my order will be home . To my suprise they have advised me that my area is a high risk area . Why is online shopping available to us then if that is the case . A lady from Ram couriers called me and advised me that my order was left behind and they want to reschedule for Monday . I have never been so upset in my can someone tell me where the hell am I going to get the size of the takkie and when ???????? I am never buying from TFG and surely going to tell people about this horrible service ....******* SERVICE
