DISGUSTING LACK OF SERVICE FOR A SIMPLE AMENDMENT

I have contacted the call centre many times since last week and have been told by various agents that this query can and will be fulfilled but it has not and it is becoming frustrating to call in and re-explain this request to a different person each time.

NOBODY HAS BOTHERED TO CALL US BACK BUT IT IS PUBLICLY KNOWN THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE VERY QUICK TO SMS AND CALL CLIENTS WITH LATE ACCOUNTS AND MY MUMS ACCOUNT HAS BEEN MAINTAINED PERFECTLY FOR DECADES.

On the 11th April 2022, and to assist my Mother who is a long time customer of yours, I made a payment on my Mothers tfgworld.com profile of R600 on the "Pay Now" tab via "Debit Card" which went off my back account as a debit card swipe. This R600 payment was intended to be made towards my mothers Jet Account because as far as my Mum knows, the group is now merged into one. Unbeknownst to my 70 year old Mother, the accounts are not linked because my Mothers Jet account is considered an "Old" account according to the Call Centre agents.

After many calls to the TFG call centre and also to RCS, I was told that this query can only be initiated when the payment reflects. The payment indeed reflected 3 days later and I then followed the instructions I was given to contact TFG call centre again to amend this error with TFG Debtors Admin. Upon doing so, I have since received two sets of emails that the matter has been resolved, BUT, the R600 payment is still reflecting on the Foschini account. I fail to understand how a payment made to TFG group cannot be reallocated to the intended account, and why I receive emails that the matter is resolved when clearly it is not.

All we require is the payment of R600 which still reflects on her Foschini account to be reallocated to her intended Jet account *** which is all part of the same group.

My Mother has been a client of yours since at least the 1990's is under tremendous distress that her Jet account is now falling into arrears and that the money has been lost.
