Disgusting *********** staff @ Donna Claire Promenade
Good day,
So after I complained suddenly everyone jumped on the bandwagon to help but, up until today I am still without a phone. The AM Colleen promised to keep me updated but, i still have not heard from her or Natalie.
Apparently the phone was sent to the incorrect repair Centre and then back to the shop and then back to some repair centre.
Please can you urgently attend to this matter. I want my phone for the latest Friday and I want it fixed. It can never take so long as this is the 4th week now.
