Disgusting customer service

<p>I have just been to the Fix shoe shop in middestad mall trying to pay my account I was shocked that at 17:47 doors were already closed the store supervisor had her boyfriend standing by the door preventing us from coming in , we were let in but other people that got in were chased away by this man wearing CCT blue uniform having a conversation as the supervisor was helping us after asking why were they closed before closing time the supervisor' s boyfiend started giving me dirty looks and they were talking about us in Afrikaans , when I left the store he was still staring ,looking at him he gave me the middle finger and I was in utter shock, the nerve to talk about me as if im not there ,then have the audacity to show me the middle finger for wanting to pay my account you do not treat customers like that I wouldn't advice anyone to shop at The Fix in middestad mall ever. That lady is at work why is she disrespecting customers Its unacceptable. you don't treat paying customers like that its very rude I didn't do anything wrong by wanting to pay my account. Why is your staff having friends visiting them while they are supposed to be working it's really unprofessional.</p>
