Disgusted with TFG hi online

<p>On the 30th of April I ordered a pair of headphones. The volkano impulse wireless Bluetooth headphones. I waited with great anticipation to receive my headphones only to discover that on the 4th of May. The wrong headphones was delivered. The product that was delivered did not contain the features that lead me to purchase my desired headphones. I have contacted the call center and they have escalated the query as the product is no longer on the website. I am now stuck with a product I did not want and not sure if I am going to get my desired product.</p> <p> </p> <p>If a product is unavailable then we should not be able to purchase.</p> <p> </p> <p>The product I received was not on the website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can some one confirm when this product can be picked up and when will I receive my ordered product.</p>
