DISGUSTED CUSTOMER

I'm giving them a 1 star but I think that they don't even deserve any stars at all.....

I received my order B***-01 yesterday and was surprised and disgusted when I see that I was sent used products from the warehouse...looked like it was tester products.

2 items of serum were opened, boxes were dirty and serum was half empty in the bottles.

What type of people would even pack these for a customer...this is unacceptable.

Does BASH / TFG expect their customers to apply these to their skin after the serum was exposed and used. How did it even end up at the warehouse for shipment in the 1st place. Your warehouse staff should be fired since they clearly have no regard for cleanliness.

Your policy is non-refundable for these items from the customer side but do you have a policy for your warehouse staff on compliance and checks!!!!!!
