Disgusted by the service received and should not be tolerated

I am disgusted by both the Exact Group and the TFG companies, I have never expected such pathetic excuses and pathetic service levels with such a big company as well, I mean my sister sent her phone in JANUARY only to be told that the phone is BER and would need other things fixed but the insurance does not cover it, and then the phone would be sent back to the store two weeks ago which would have been the 28.02.2024. they went to the store at Alberton Mall at Exact and the supervisor acted like a child screaming at my family for the reason that they knew they were wrong and that they did not follow up this time, I want my phone back, you realize that one bad review is stronger and faster growing than a positive review, I will be telling all friends and family just how pathetic and disgusting it is to be associated with a company such as yourself, your service level is disgusting and you need a wake-up call, the next level to this will be for me to go the legal route with your disgusting services that we have received, I hope this message is loud and clear.
