Disgusted by the service from TFG - markhams

I'm really disgusted by the service received and still receiving from TFG, after months of being patient and kind to these people no one seems to help me as a customer, they quick to call when money needs to be paid but can resolve my query about a payment made to TFG but never received this is the 3rd month that I'm trying to get the payment to reflect but no one that calls me or that I call or even mail can give me feedback, everyone promise me that they will sort out the problem but still not done, I didn't make a payment this month nor will I ever make another payment if they can't resolve this problem they causing.
