Disgusted by the bad image created by the TFG

I had an account with TFG in 2011 had to go to college for some reasons could could not pay the account then I was done with my studies and paid the account in full like a year ago with the debt collector then this year when I'm following up it still appears that I'm owing the TFG when I called the call centre was told that the debtors were suppose to update with them of which according to the debt collector it was updated and then when I call again and demand to speak to the senior person he was so unprofessional about it telling me that I can report them anywhere the amount will stay there for 5 years and that my account is frozen of which it not fair to say I owe you while I have paid the amount in full and I was ask to send clearance letter wasting my time for nothing
