Disgusted!!!!!!!

Amara at the promenade foschini store shouldn't be working with customers. She has no customer service s****s , unprofessional and rude. How dare she touch ne inappropriately? Im not her mate!!!! The floor manager Rushana should also go back to training as she can't handle her rude staff members. The management of thia store have no integrity or a care in the world for their customers. I've been waiting for a call from the store and area manager and its now 48 hours. Why should i have to use this platform to express dissatisfaction? Why isnt there proper follow up on complaints and concerns? I want someone higher to deal with this before i take it further!!!!!!
