DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
Parcel - *** At Warehouse (since 10th June 2020) Reference Number: RM242207 I spend alot of money with TFG and this is the shameful service I receive. I have logged and escalated this querie many times and yet no one bothers to reply to my mails or even call me back. The call center just keep saying they will escalate this and still today on 28th July 2020 a full MONTH and 18 days later still NOTHING!! Delivery my package or refund the item into my store account its that easy!
