Disappointing TFG!!!

I wrote a complaint and sent it to ***, they never called but sent a msg saying my query is resolved. I rep**** to the email to confirm that it's not resolved, no one called me regarding my query and I never received feedback. I wanted to buy sleepwear from Jet but couldn't get it because it had no price tag, the store promised to get the price and call me but they never did hence I sent the complaint regarding Jet malmesbury. This is really disappointing, don't think I ever want to support any of your stores.
