Disappointing Experience with Bash Online Shopping

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience with Bash Online Shopping. On November 25th, I ordered a pair of sneakers through their mobile app. Unfortunately, my parcel has not moved since then.

Despite numerous attempts to contact their customer support team via phone calls and emails, I've received no meaningful assistance. Instead, they've sent automated emails claiming that my ticket has been resolved, which is clearly not the case.

I'm exhausted from trying to get help and would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist me in obtaining a refund. The lack of effective customer support and communication has been staggering.

Until they improve their customer service, I would advise others to exercise caution when using Bash Online Shopping.
