Disappointed with TFG AND Hammond Pole. They quick to call when you owe but once you paid up, no one gives a dam ****.

This TFG company it's a nightmare they affecting my credit score after I have paid up my account. They handed me over to Hammond Pole their attorney collections and after 2 years being paying and I paid up the the account. Hammond Pole sent me a paid up letter and I sent it to them they also promised they will send to TFG. The journey of them clearing what I owe to TFG it's like a company with new agents not knowing what they doing, I call every month and no one is giving me answers till date.

They always tell me one **** story, I will forward your query each and every time I call. I'm really fed-up with their service and the money I use to call them no one will refund me for their unprofessional service. Four months now they not helping.
