Disappointed in client service

Visited new store that just opened in Mthatha plaza branch store is one of shops under the group of TFG Sneaker factor. The store trading our are displayed for the shop to be closed at 18:00 by 17:30 shop was closed. When I got there employees were still inside I stood there wanted to ask what time they closed. A guy come to the door and opened asked if I wanted to buy something? I asked if they are closed I didnt get an answer the guy just opened for me to come Inn. Service and comments were so disappointing as the employees kept on saying they stay far from work they in a hurry to go home even thou they shop is suppose to close at 18:00.I was shocked to find out the guy that opened the door for me was the store manager as while he was commenting he said they have made enough sales for day and they are tired hence they are closing before time. There was an instance when a female employee exchanged words with a customer raising a voice to a customer while the manager is present. Female employee felt that the customer was waisting her time as she wanted wanted to go home while she busy shopping.

This shop is very disappointing to the TFG brand and its uncalled for.
