Disappointed?????

Am highly unhappy about the pathetic service from TGF/Total sport Online. I orders sneakers on the 27th of November, Got 1 pair yesterday only to find out that it's the incorrect color . i called their stupid customer care thingi, I was advised that I need to go exchange the sneakers: Now my question what if I bluddy struggle to get the correct color????????????? I already paid so you tell me?????? Again when am I getting my other pair??/ am I gonna get the correct PAIR OF SNEAKERS???Am disguised can someone REVERT.... Ohhhhhhhhh cherry on top the invoice has the correct color written, what nonsense is thissssssssssssssssssssssssss
