Disappointed by Lack of Lay Buy Notification on Black Friday

I am extremely dissatisfied with the decision made by TFG (TOTAL SPORTS MENLYN MALL) to discontinue Lay Buy during Black Friday without informing their Lay Buy customers. I went through the inconvenience of a 60-kilometer round trip to MENLYN MALL, only to discover upon arrival that Lay Buy was no longer an option. Such lack of communication is both frustrating and disappointing. How can one be expected to react positively after investing time and effort, only to be informed of such a significant change upon arrival?
