Disappointed and dissatisfied

I bought 3 pairs of sneakers (bash online)and one of the pair was incorrect as opposed to what I ordered -upon realizing that I called the bash contact center was assisted by a nice lady ( thanks). My only problem is that the shoe I ordered is not available In Gauteng, what surprised me is that on the same bash online page with the size I ordered moreover I'm expected to go to the store to credit them whilst they are the ones who send a wrong order
