Disappointed!!!
I'm so disappointed with the service I have received after placing on order via Bash and opted for a store delivery. My order was separated in 3 parts. The due date for collection for 2 of the parcels was today (17 March 2023) and the 3rd parcel the delivery due date was 19 March 2023. I get to Sportscene Maponya Mall this afternoon and I only get 1 parcel then they tell me the other 2 parcels were sent back because they were at the store for long. How is my stuff sent back when I am given then above mentioned dates for collection????
The lady from Sportscene told me my account would be credited, well I don't want my account to be credited, I want my goods as I had ordered them. You are welcome to contact me and I'll provide my home or work address because honestly this wasn't my fault!!!!
