Good day This is to compliment Aghmad Richards for his great customer s****s Firstly : He was the only one who identified the problem/issue without making excuses or finding the need to make up stories after I spent R60 worth of airtime contacting the online shopping customer service. I am grateful for you care and s****. For constantly being available when I called to ask for you. You handled my query with diligence. At no point did you sound frustrated over my numerous calls to you. As a Branch Manager, I'd like to say you you handled my query and pleas with the utmost respect, you kept in contact, listened when I sounded frustrated and wary of me missing the deal. I bow down to such excellence. I also can never thank you enough, for the patience you instilled in me over the two days, you kept me calm... Put yourself on the chopping block, and still explained every step of the process. Under no circumstance, would I smile neither laugh, when I as a consumer feel that I have been failed, needless to say you made me laugh about the situation. That's connecting with a customer. You are true to your brand, very few live up to that. As cliche, as it may sound... You deserve to be promoted to whatever the next position is. I, for one believe in your brand more than ever, simply because of you. Should the company keep you where you are now, it's a loss to them. Very few live up to the brand's mission and vision... You have buy in, even from a client's perspective. I will always applauded you for that. Funny as it may sound, you made me wonder why I don't work for your company, right next to you.
