Did not sign up for funeral cover or jet club yet being charged.

I have been paying my account every month and have been wondering why the balance is not getting lower. I just checked my statement and I am being charged for JET CLUB and funeral cover. I am literally 25, have no need and no desire for funeral cover. I have neither signed up or ever agreed to sign up for jet club which I am being told by customer service that I signed up in store. I have even opted out of sms's offering me a magazine subscription so why would i sign up in store?

It has been my intention to free my TFG/BASH account debt completely which by my monthly payments and lack of purchasing is very clear.

This is really stressful and disappointing as I am currently unemployed yet still come up with the funds to pay my account every month to free it yet I am not making progress because I am being charged for services i did not sign up for.
