Denied sale because I didn't want with my ID number

So it seems all TFG shops won't sell you if you don't provide them with ID number for their so called discounting system, which doesn't work. Went to foshini to buy clothes and they refused to sell to me, then went to exact, they also refuse to sell to me. Now tell me, we are no longer welcomed in all TFG stores coz you treating us like we still in apartheid era? Can't u do loyalty cards for those who want those discounts and still provide that us who don't like them still buy?
