Denied a copy of a prescribed letter
I had an account with Foshini almost 13 years ago which was prescribed and closed. This still appears on my ITC report and I require a letter to say that my account was prescribed. Account Number: ***. Its been 3 months now that I have been trying to obtain this letter. Please can you assist as a matter of urgency or indicate to me in writing why you cannot assist.
