DELIVERY NOT MADE WITHIN COMPANY SLA, NONCHALANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order on the 30th of April (Order P***) . Delivery was estimated for the 9th May - cool, no problem. However upon tracking the order with RAM couriers, the order had already arrived in Durban on the 6th May (where I am based).
Upon reaching out to TFG Online this morning, I am simply informed "your order will be delivered this week". Anastasia Haskew then proceeds to mark the query/ticket 67177 as "resolved" of which it was not. This just proves that there is no regard for customers or sticking to the delivery SLA that is currently in place. Am I to twiddle my thumbs and just wait and hope that my delivery will be made "this week". No guys this is unacceptable, have a sense of urgency. I need the goods I have paid for and I need to provided with an accurate delivery date as the one previously provided to me could not be met.
