Delayed delivery

I am not happy with my order which was expected to have arrived on the 17th already via the Bash App.

I was informed of incorrect contact details on the day which I rectified after numerous times of follow up. Still, about 3 hours ago i was informed via email that my details are incorrect and still provided them. Straight after i made contact via the chat system and again i was promised the matter would be escalated. Can someone please help. This is disappointing from TFG honestly.
