I was given@home gift vouchers worth R2000 as a wedding gift 3 years ago and I kept them as I was still building my new house I didn’t want to waste them. Last month I went to at home bought items for my new house at the till I was told my vouchers had expired. I was so shocked because it was the first time I heard that gift vouchers expire. The shop said there’s nothing they can do I’ve lost. I then wrote an email to TFG head office and explained but they also told me that there’s nothing they can do. Now my question was, how does TFG account for that R2000 it means now TFG has gained R2000 just free like that? I really don’t understand this *******. Daylight *******. People need to take note of this *******.
