Damaged goods

I bought a watch at Midrand boulders mall (sterns) it is a black CK Male watch, the watch started peeling off as per attached pictures i brought the watch back into the store to be send back and get the color sorted i was quoted R700 which i have rejected as the watch alone cost less than a R1000 my reasoning to the shop staff was if i want to buy watches that peel off i will buy from the guys that sells **** watches at every robot in JHB city, i choose reputable brands knowing i wont experience what i am experiencing currently.

My watch was brought back and one of the belt holders was cut with a sharp object, I need to know who needs to first resolve my issue regarding the color peeling off and who will resolve the belt holder that was purposefully damaged. An email was send middle May till today am still waiting for the workshop manager to give me feedback, the kind of service is given to clients in this country is pathetic
