The most horrible service ever did an online purchase two weeks ago still waiting on my items .when you call them it takes 26 minutes before they answer your call the agent then promise they will sort it out and then never gets back to you . it was a gift to my son for his birthday on Saturday that passed and I'm still..... I'm closing this account for real. Ill rather pay more for an item and get great customer service #****customerservice
