I would like to say thank you to Johannesburg South Are Manager and give the group a rate of 10/10 on the feedback i got for my query. I had a complaint about one of their stores and the issue was escalated to the area manager who then contacted me to apologize and ensured that the issue will never happen again. And that further action will be taken to staff members who were unable to assist me.
