Customer Personal details ****** by employee

Good day,

My name is Justice Buthelezi, boyfriend to Mafusi. Mafusi opened an account at Markham in Worcersto (Western Cape), on Cuthbets Building, 57a High Street. Mafusi bought a cap after opeining the account and needed around R20 to make a deposit of which she did not have. Your Employee Ntsikelelo (Ntsikey) said he will help her by giving her the money and he does not expect anything in return.

This was followed by a call from Ntsikey a few days later with the shop's phone notifying her that she needs to submit her bank statements.

Today (10 September 2019) morning at 05:55 Ntsikey texted my girlfriend a heart emoticon(picture) which was followed by the message "I'm Ntsikey from Markham.just wanted to say hi". This WhatsApp conversation is attached to this email.

I then called the branch and asked to speak to the highest ranking personnel as they do not have a manager. I spoke to one lady called Gerda, I explained to her what happened and notified her that I am recording this call.

She then got back to me and said Ntsikey does not know what I am talking about. I then reminded her that I am recording this conversation, I then asked for her personal number so that I can send her the WhatsApp conversation I am talking about. She hung up and asked to deal with the matter. This was followed by a call from Ntsikey saying "oh now I remember what you are talking about". How convenient that he remembers after I send proof. You can listen to more in the recordings that I have attached. I told him that i nolonger want to speak to him as he is lying.

Our personal information is clearly not safe in your hands. Just know a girl was ****d and ****ed in a post office, now customer personal information is ****** by your employees for their own doings. This guy took her cellphone number and most probably took her address as well. I refuse to let my girlfriend be another victim of **** or abuse. Markham is not safe at all and I can only assume that it is not the first time he does this.

I was later called by the Uncle who got my number from my manager (which is by the way another thing that is wrong) to try and apologize. He then asked to meet and I refused because I do not know if he wants to **** me or what.

While on the phone with the manager, she asked that I come through or my girlfriend comes through. I refused and told her that my girlfriend does not feel safe and that I do not stay in Worcester. The manager later asked for my girlfriend's name and cellphone number, I refused to give her and told her to ask Ntsikey to give her those detais.

Clearly our personal information is not safe in your hands, this is totally unacceptable. It is sad that we must now warn girls about not only the post office, but also Markham.

I want this matter resolved now. Not later, but NOOOOWWWWWWW!!!!!!!

We can't have such things as customers. No!!!! I refuse to let my girlfriend be a victim. My girlfriend will not be NEXT!
