Customer abuse and false policy print

Jet store Durban central west Street 04/02/2025 I came to the store and a till supervisor named Katrina was rude she refused to follow the return policy behind the receipt and was also refusing me the opportunity to speak with the area manager she was rude and was having a argument with me at the till point infront of other customers and employees and the store manager refused to assist me he was on the floor busy with his phone I will also use other platforms to show people customers that management in the retail industry are abusing us customers and don't even respect the policy and procedures in.
