CS-***- poor client account record management

I have been sent from pillar to post by TFG they failing to provide me with a paid-up letter. TFG said the account is with DMC but the account was never handed over for starters a lady from DMC ( Aretha Kutu) confirmed that they don't have the account every time in an email send to recoveries (***). Every time i follow up they tell me they send an email to Aretha Kutu (DMC) i should wait for her response even thou I do include the email from her dated 27 April 2025 confirming that dmc does not have the account. The funny thing is they do see a balance of R 70 rand but fail to provide me with ways to pay. *** / *** - ***
