****** always make it difficult for you when you want leave their credit facility!!!
Why do you guys make it so difficult to close my account with you? i paid you in full but you still delay and come up with stories like "i must go to your shop" to close the account? i dont have time to go to our lousy stores and deal with the lazy sales people anymore. just close this account and leave me alone.

Thank you for your comment.
We are unable to close the account due to the payment being made after our Statement Month End.
The account will be closed after the new Statement Month End on the 12th February 2019. The balance has been zerorised and the credit allocation removed.
