Creditor rating

I am writing this as a very furious client, each time I make payment via the ww****g.coza website my payments would say successfully hours later they would say unsuccessful this is not due to funds, I’ve had this issue since last month and also this affect my credit record last month I tried almost 15 times to try and pay why is it so? Called in and the consultant advised I should use another website! Why were we not informed about the system being down ? This affects my credit score and this is what is ****ing me off, I would like this resolved because if you take a look at my account I tried so many times. Someone the accounts department should call me and resolved this. ********** 601
