Credit score not cleared

Could somebody at TFG please help me? I have checked my credit score with my once a year free check. (I was asked to do so by a Customer service officer who helped me on my first 2 queries on Hello Peter.) My current score is clear but the 2/3 months of what was TFG's fault was not cleared on my credit score and still shows that I was in debt (which I wasn't). I want my credit score to be whistle CLEAR, from start to finish, as the truth is that it is whistle clear. This was NOT my fault and my score should not be affected by TFG's incompetence.

Please feel free to contact me again and please send me a report via email, showing that my full history credit score has been cleared at the Credit Bureau.
