CREDIT LIMIT ON CLEARSCORE NOT THE SAME AS GRANTED TO ME.

My name is Mellisa Ncula with ID number ***. I've been with TFG for 3 months now and have been paying well and on time . When I check my Clearscore profile it shows that my credit limit with TFG is R2000 whereas they only gave me R450 credit limit and have never increased it . Why are they doing that ? The only they do is call and force me to join things so that I can have my account credited with R2000 amount. Is it even legal for them to do that ?saying I have R2000 credit limit when they only gave me R450 credit limit????
